Synopsis
This Privacy Policy has been designed exclusively for our employees working in New Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR). Riders who request for availing the cab service will receive transportation and related messages/notification on their respective smartphones. On the other hand, drivers who have been assigned to provide transportation to the riders, either individually or through a shared commutation mode, will also receive the details related to timings, names and addresses to be delivered via SMS.
The users can avail the facility on their mobile devices after downloading the application from Google Play Store.
How we use your data
We collect information directly from you when you register yourself on the application. Meanwhile, passive information is collected through tracking tools like Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, browser cookies and Artificial Intelligence for to customize your experience with us, including your name and email address.
When you sign up to use our service, you will be required to create a user profile. We shall ask you to provide only such protected information which is for a lawful purpose connected with our services and necessary to be collected by us for such purpose. Our primary goal in collecting your information is to provide you with an enhanced experience when using the service. We use your information to closely monitor which features of the service are used most, to allow you to view your trip history, rate trips, and determine which features we need to focus on improving, including usage patterns and geographic locations to determine where we should offer or focus services, features and/or resources.
Based on the protected information you provide us when registering for an account, we will send you a welcoming email to verify your username and password.
We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account.

The drivers (who are providing the transportation service) are also able to access your protected information, including your geo-location data.
Kindly note that we do not sell, share, rent or trade the information we have collected about you, other than as disclosed within this Privacy Policy or at the time you provide your information.
Safety & Security
We will use the data to help maintain the safety, security, and integrity of our service and users by verifying users’ identity and eligibility to provide transportation or deliveries, including through reviews of background checks, to help prevent the use of our service by unsafe drivers and/or riders. This also includes vehicle or insurance information of drivers and delivery persons, emergency contact information, and user settings as available on the application.
In addition, background check information (of the drivers and delivery persons) will also be conducted on a timely basis. This includes information submitted during the driver/delivery person application process, such as driver history or criminal record (where permitted by law), license status, known aliases, prior addresses, and right to work.
Change of information and cancellation of account
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you submit to us, such as your contact information provided as part of account registration. If your protected information changes, or if you no longer wish to use our service, you may correct, delete inaccuracies, or amend information by making the change on our member information page or by contacting us through e-mail. We will make good faith efforts to make requested changes in our then active databases as soon as reasonably practicable.
If upon modifying or changing the information as provided to us earlier, we find it difficult to permit access to you for our service due to insufficiency/inaccuracy of the information, we may, in our sole discretion terminate your access to the service by providing you a written notice to this effect on your registered email id.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our information practices. The users will be receiving a pop-up notification as soon as the revised Privacy Policy is updated on the portal. The changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised policy.
