We are seeking a versatile Implementation & Quality Assurance Engineer who can seamlessly bridge the gap between product implementation, customer onboarding, and product quality assurance. This hybrid role demands a mix of strong technical acumen, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer implementations while ensuring our software products meet the highest quality standards through structured testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the Product: Gain deep knowledge of product features, architecture, and business use cases to effectively support customers.
- Customer Onboarding & Interaction: Act as the key interface with clients during product implementation, managing expectations and resolving technical or functional queries.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct impactful demos tailored to client needs and use cases.
- Training: Deliver training sessions and create training materials for customer teams to ensure successful adoption.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of implementation milestones.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and updated implementation documentation, client notes, and support guides.
- Test Planning & Execution: Design, execute, and manage test plans for new features and enhancements across web and mobile platforms.
- Bug Tracking & Reporting: Identify, document, and track bugs using standard tools (e.g., JIRA). Collaborate with developers for quick resolution.
- Regression & Functional Testing: Perform rigorous regression testing to ensure overall product stability during releases.
- UAT Coordination: Support internal teams and customers during User Acceptance Testing cycles.
- Quality Metrics: Track QA KPIs like defect density, test coverage, and first-pass yield.
- Automation (Preferred): Contribute to or suggest basic automation frameworks if applicable (Selenium, Appium, Postman, etc.).
Required Skills:
- BTech in Computer Science / Information Technology
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of software development and QA lifecycle
- Basic SQL knowledge and ability to understand logs and APIs
- Familiarity with project management and QA tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, TestRail)
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and multitasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in QA, implementation, or customer-facing roles
- Exposure to tools like Selenium, Postman, or any basic automation/testing frameworks
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
